Vinha, Vindima e Vinificação

Proveniente de uma vinha com cerca de 20 anos, com as castas Arinto e Fernão Pires.
As uvas foram esmagadas e desengaçadas numa cuba de 1 000 litros,
onde foram adicionadas flores de castanheiro.

Aqui, fermentou durante 4 dias, tendo depois envelhecido num
barril antigo de 500 litros até ser engarrafado manualmente e diretamente do
barril para a garrafa, sem clarificação nem filtragem, no dia 23 de abril de 2025.

Produção total de apenas 660 garrafas (0,75l)

Vineyard, Harvest and Vinification

Coming from a vineyard around 20 years old, with Arinto and Fernão Pires grape varieties.

The grapes were crushed and destemmed into a 1.000 litre vat and chestnut blossom was being added.

Here, it fermented for 4 days, then aged in an old 500 litre barrel until it was bottled manually and directly from the barrel to the bottle, without fining or filtering, on the 23rd of April 2025.

Total production of only 660 bottles (0,75l).
